Social Media: This clause applies to all social media including, but not limited to, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and other blogs. When designs are published online, it is required that citation of the designer must be made in the form “By Ms James” or “Design Credit: By Ms James”. You may use also use our social media handle, @bymsjames." Design & Photographic Release: I hereby authorize By Ms James to take (or use existing) photographs of myself, my family members, and/or property that I give to her throughout the design process. I authorize By Ms James to use and publish the same, to use in form taken or with intentional or unintentional alterations, and use for the purpose of publicity, design competitions, illustrations, commercial art, advertising any product or service, and on By Ms James' website and social media. Copyright and Reproduction: The Designer shall own the copyright of all images created and own the right to reproduce and make reproductions for the Client as well as the Designer’s portfolio, samples, self-promotion, entry in design competition, editorial use, publication use, or use for display in advertisement. The Designer is not responsible for any modifications that are not ordered directly through By Ms James. Liability: If the Designer is unable to perform any or all of the duties herein for any reason, including, but not limited to, illness, injury, accident, or technical problems, all money received by Designer will be returned to the Client, and the Designer shall have no further liability with respect to this agreement.
