Today, on my birthday, I choose to celebrate the incredible woman who made all of this possible—my mother, Peggy Ann James.
My Mommy was a visionary, an artist, and the heart behind African Images, a brand that brought vitality, heritage, and black consciousness to life through her unique designs and creations.
As I sort through her precious collection of rare fabrics, supplies, and treasures, I’m reminded of her immense talent and the magic she brought into the world. These items were once the tools of her creativity, and now, I wish to share them with you. My hope is that each piece finds a new home where it can continue to inspire and carry forward her beautiful spirit.
I’m not a fabric expert, but every item has been priced simply to cover the basic costs of packaging and shipping. This isn’t just about selling items; it’s about sharing a piece of her legacy—a piece of African Images—and honoring a woman who was truly ahead of her time.
